In my book, The Main Meal: The New Perspective on Weight Loss, I explain that after years of focusing on food to try to lose weight, I began to realize that there was much more to life than food and drink. Since June 2015 I have been blogging about the things that bring me joy, the things that inspire gratitude in me, in other words, the things that make up The Main Meal of my life.
